We’d love to help you out with our subscription commitment service, which we tailor to fit your specific needs and budget. We offer 20-80+ monthly hours and you’ll receive a simple flat monthly invoice. Don’t worry if you need more hours for things like HR coverage or vacation times – we’re still happy to provide our services!

If you’re not in a rush, we highly suggest starting with an HR Assessment. This gives us both the opportunity to see if there are any urgent (compliance) needs and set up a course for becoming a best practice employer. While having a dedicated HR professional is beneficial, it may not always be necessary. It can be challenging to find a part-time HR professional that possesses the skills and experience, but fret not, because we are here to help! However, if your team is steadily growing and has more than 160 employees, we would recommend investing in a full-time HR professional to support your team further. Just keep in mind, the average salary for a SHRM certified professional with 10+ years of experience is around $140k per annum, but do consider the additional non-compensation costs, which average 25% more. Remember, even if a full-time HR professional does not have experience in all HR disciplines, they can still add a ton of value to your team’s success.
